Growing up as the youngest of five nerdy artistic homeschooled kids left me with a constant lifelong hunger to teach myself what a creative life might look like. (And to relearn all the cultural references I missed out on!) 

After working for over a decade externally with ad agencies and in-house within tech—I realized that there was a disconnect in the brands that were being made and their ability to live on once an agency completed its contract. 

My process is deeply rooted in transforming generic brands into ones with clear personality—but also leaving every team with the tools they need to keep that new identity running smoothly. 

Constructing processes specific to each team can look like: coaching around how to successfully collaborate with artists. Managing project-specific budgets and navigating legalese. Creating timelines that will set a project up for success.

My right and left brain take equal joy in making disjointed brands clear and also growing self-sufficiency in teams to keep the ball rolling long after I’ve left. (Type-A creatives, assemble!)
